Answer:	It really depends on what kind of look you like; I think the frame looks great on a print that's wider than the frame but it's whatever your taste is. You might try laying the canvas with the frame on it on a flat surface like a table or the floor and put something dark over the side borders so you can see what the print would look like if you cut it, and see which way you like it best. I don't know if the canvas would roll on the edge if you cut it; I wouldn't think it would but I don't know.
Question:	can this be used to hang a poster both vertically and horizontally? the pics look like the only way to hang is vertical

Answer:	It would probably work and I am trying to imagine the look. You would need to make sure they hang them exactly level. I think the biggest one they sell is 40” and with that you would have 5” on each side extended. I am almost thinking the two 25 would look better. I guess, try it and you can always return them, I think.
