Answer:	My cakes unmold beautifully every time from this Charlotte cake pan. Prep the pan with a baking spray that has flour in the spray. Let the cake cool 10 minutes after coming out of the oven. Be sure the cake has separated from the pan along the edges, if not gently cut along the edge with a knife to separate the cake from the pan, then unmold it. This pan makes beautiful cakes.

Answer:	Hello! This is a short pan and will not work for an angel food pan. Angel food cake pans have a removable bottom, which this pan does not.

Answer:	This is an 8 inch cake pan. We have a small family and it is just the right size for us.

Answer:	The interior diameter is right at 8 inches. Depth on the outer edge is 2 inches. It is between 1-1/2 and 1-3/4 inches in the center. I've used it with several recipes. Works great! Cake is evenly browned and releases easily from pan when sprayed lightly with Baker's Joy. Have used it with recipes for a 9 inch pan with success also, depends on the type of batter used. Answer:	I have made 3 different cakes in this bundt pan and had great results with all. First be sure your oven is at the right time and be sure it has reached that time (my red light comes on when oven is ready .Be sure your pan is in the middle of your tray. all my cakes baked at #350 for 60 to 65 minutes, then check for middle to be clean when you do the old toothpick.
