Question:	Is there any kind of satisfaction guarantee? We are concerned that the colors come out strong and not faded, i.e. we want the blacks black, not gray
Answer:	As a previous customer I would not recommend this distributor. My pictures color was so distorted. A white t_shirt came back as blue. Terrible quality.
Question:	Does this come framed like the picture in the description or is it only the piece of canvas that you have to get framed yourself
Answer:	I have bought a few of these. They are pulled over a frame already. I get so many compliments that I have started buying them for gifts for people we have traveled with and sent them pictures for gifts that they will cherish for a lifetime.
