Answer:	If you mean lead free, there is no notification on the packaging and there is no notice on the web. If it is grown in the western hemisphere it is less likely to contain toxic lead than if it is grown in Asia or Africa. There is probably less lead in the powder than there is in each breath you take in a city. There is more lead in your unfiltered drinking water than in the powder.

Answer:	On 4-3-18 Brad Harbach, the founder of FGO replied to my email this: "We have not completed testing of our most recent batch. Historically it has been ~2.5% curcumin".

Answer:	Hi Mitch... heat does affect the nutritional profile. A fat-soluble molecule, curcumin constitutes roughly 1 to 6 percent of turmericâs dry weight. Curcumin is extremely sensitive to light, moisture, and heat. Roughly 85 percent is destroyed when turmeric is boiled for 15 to 30 minutes. Furthermore, it degrades rapidly (within 30 minutes or so) at a neutral pH. The rate of destruction increases sharply as the pH increases (becomes more alkaline). In laboratory situations, some proteins stabilize curcumin. Whether the same happens in the kitchen with proteins such as the albumin in milk has yet to be determined. Hope this helps ð~

Ingredients: 1 tsp cinnamon; tsp fresh ginger; pinch of clove, nutmeg and black pepper; 1 tsp turmeric (you can start adding more and more as you get used to the flavor!) ; 1 1/2 c of water; Raw honey to sweeten; Milk sub of choice (I recommend oat milk or coconut milk, but any will work just fine!)

Simmer herbs and water together in a sauce pan on med-high heat for 10 mins. Strain mixture. Add honey and milk. Drink up and feel good!

Ingredients: 2 tbsp each of coriander, cumin, turmeric powder and ground ginger; 1 tsp each dry mustard and cinnamon; 1/2 tsp each ground black pepper, ground cardamom and cayenne pepper or ground chilies

Instructions

Mix all ingredients together and shake to incorporate. Use in soups, scrambles, curries and more!

Ingredients: 1/2 white onion; 1 garlic clove, finely chopped; 2 cups shredded chicken; 1 can tomato paste; 3 tbsp curry powder; 1/2 c walnuts, roughly chopped; 1 can coconut cream

Instructions

Saute onions and garlic in avocado oil over medium heat until translucent. Stir in shredded chicken and walnuts for 2 mins. Add tomato paste and curry powder and stir to combine. Add can of coconut cream and stir to combine. Serve over rice. Enjoy and feel good!
