Answer:	Yes you need a Phillips screwdriver. You do not need a tiny screwdriver. I used a Stanley screwdriver measuring seven and a half inches long in total. The handle measures three and a half inches. The complete instructions for replacing the HEPA filter set can be found printed on the side of the box in which it came. Please note that when you have removed the four screws from the top you have to rotate the filter frame counter-clockwise to remove it. Discard the old filters and insert the new filters into the filter frame. Re-attach the top by re-inserting and tightening the 4 screws. Place the filter assembly into the dirt container and re-insert it into the vacuum. Hope this helps!
