Answer:	It can be moved up and down, left or right to set in the best location, but I would lock the position in place for safety. All directions can be tightened to keep the monitor in place. These adjustments appear to allow upside down mounting, but I haven't done it myself. If you are locking the monitor in place once you've located it where you want, than I would say it will work as a wall mount, but to move it around vertically routinely is hard to tell with the gas spring, since that's usually gravity dependent.

Answer:	The Bracket is strong enough to hold the TV for sure. I think mine is a 55" and the bracket works just fine with it. I'm a carpenter so I used some other hardware I had. But as long as you hit a stud in the wall it will hold it just fine.
