Answer:	For the front zip pocket. I have an iPhone 8 Plus with a case on it, and it fits. It's tight, but it works. The pocket is about 4" w x 6.5" t. It has the main pocket, then another large pocket, which also fit my phone, then three CC pockets with RFID.

Answer:	I’m not sure of the exact dimensions but they range from small (good for a couple pairs of undies), I put shirts and blouses in the mid size and the large is good for bulky delicates- like a large men’s dress shirt would fit great or a sweater. I hope this helps.

Answer:	Not sure what you mean by "zipper holder" but the bags stayed shut in a regular wash. My machine doesn't have gentle cycle and these bags worked beautifully.
