Question:	How do i secure the product to the garage floor
Answer:	I'm sure you could glue it or bolt it, but I chose leave it as is. I simply put my foot on the rack when taking a bike out of the rack. This also gives me the flexibility to detach part of the rack and move it to a different location for 1 or 2 bikes while leaving the rest of the rack in place. This provides me with options and flexibility for multiple uses of the rack.
Question:	Does this come with the needed hardware/screws. I've read of someone that don't so I want to make sure it comes with everything needed

Answer:	I’m not sure about the 12 inch bikes, because we have larger bikes stored in it, but I would think they would fit. 29 would definitely fit. We have 24 and 26 inch stored in it.
Question:	Could you alternate the holders front to back to be able to put bikes in from both sides
Answer:	I just looked at the bycycle rack I have. The upright tire holders look like they are reversable, so I would venture to say YES, you can setup the rack to have bikes on both sides, but still one tire per holder.

Answer:	This might work well for children’s bikes but do not expect the nuts, bolts and other components to hold up to repeated use on a full size mountain bike, let alone your electric bike. This bike stand is absolute garbage, wasn’t refunded for my return either after numerous emails back and forth with the seller and Amazon. Save a little longer and invest into a stand made by Park Tools. Top notch design, folds up nicely when not in use, very sturdy with my Xl frame full suspension MT. bike, and every component Park Toll uses are all of very high quality. I would not purchase this item if I were you. Just my 2 sense. Park Tools for sure!

Answer:	Yes. The two larger openings are 4 1/2 inches wide.

Answer:	The rack is 36" long. The side supports are each 1", leaving 34" available for bike storage--lots of space for 2 bikes on a side. We only had approach from one side in the garage, so we put two racks together to easily store 4 bikes. Have had no issues with this rack, and am gladto have them.

Answer:	Yes, I don't see why it can't be chained to an object that will not easily move. Use practical reasoning when securing your bicycles.

Answer:	About 37 inches for the 16U one. If you're sitting down, it's gonna be way too tall (I use mine standing up, and it towers above my digital piano, which I also play standing up). I'd get the 9U version if you're going to be seated.

Answer:	The skewer appears to be steel. I don't know why it wouldn't support that amount of riding but I don't know for sure. If you are riding that much, you may want one that provides more resistance. This one doesn't provide a lot.
Question:	Will this fit a Santa Cruz tallboy
Answer:	In my experience no. My wife's Trek Verve has 700 x 45c tires and no matter what I do, once attached the tire rests on the floor and also on the plastic part that holds the roller. For reference, her tire extends roughly 5 cm (just shy of 2 inches) while my Trek FX 700 x 32c tire which fits the unit fine only extends 3.5 cm past the rim.
Question:	Does this require any tools to put together
Answer:	Yes as you change the gears the resistance changes and if you work your way thru the gears you can tighten the bolt in the back and start again. Good luck to you!
Question:	Will this work on a trek rail 9.7 ebike
Answer:	One video won't help much unless they change tires & roller pressures a bunch of times.1. It is not really that the TRAINER that makes any noise at all. It is quiet, but creates very little drag with it's little one-setting magnet.2. A TIRE with ANY tread will generate noise. Even at a slow low gear for Physical Therapy for an ACL injury, my neighbors were looking over the fence for the strange noise.3. With a SLICK tire, the noise ranges from near zero (with just enough roller pressure so the tire will not slip on the roller) to "Pretty squeeky/ clicky" if you press the stainless roller too far into the tire to increase the workout intensity. The tire simply deforms so much around the roller it has to squeek and slide around, making a pretty loud clicking sound.4. So the actual noise occurs even with a slick tire if you want a hard workout because the stand has very little built in magnetic friction. No flywheel/ no air or fluid drag. So for a light workout it can be quiet.5. A partial solution for me is to change shimano cassetes and go from a 13 tooth highest gear to a 11 teeth high gear. This makes the wheel spin faster> harder workout> still low enough roller pressure on red trainer tire to be very quiet (only chain & sprocket noise).

Answer:	I believe it depends on the crank you have. Mine you cannot.

Answer:	It is completely dependent on the crankset / spindle. If you have a hollow spindle with an open end m, chances are it will fit.
Question:	At the top of the ad it says it extends to 75", under features, it says 68" and a quarter. Which is it
Answer:	Depends. There is one that is solid, no need to put together. The other one has one nut and bolt that comes with an allen wrench to put the two pieces together. I have both and they are a great item. I take the two piece one when I travel with my bike. It lifts up the back wheel so I can lube the chain and do most of the maintenance on my bike that I need to do.
Question:	I have a ebike that weighs 60#. Will this stand work
Answer:	I’m not sure it comes with 3 different crank pieces sleeves. Worth a try and if not send it back. Pretty awesome bike stand.

Answer:	We use it for 2 electric bikes - both weigh about 50 lbs (48.6 & 51.5). So far, have been very pleased. Manufacturer would need to answer weight capacity.

Answer:	Probably. The stand has a very wide base in the tripod. Very difficult to tip over. You might have to move bike back and forth to get balance right. Question is...what bike weighs 46 pounds? I have an old 74 Schwinn steel frame that only comes in at 19 pounds with rack and panniers...I thought that was heavy

Answer:	It could be extended to 72" however there is a small indentation around the pole which I use as reference not to go beyond that point for safety. Extending to this mark it measures 67.5" which in my opinion is crazy high anyway, just my two cents.It's a great stand and very strudy for all my needs. Cable work, break adjustments, saddle work, stem, bars, levers... well you get it.
