Answer:	There’s really only one size for a breastfeeding pillow unless special ordered. This pillow works fine however I didn’t care for it because it went flat within a month or two of light use. I’d save your money

Answer:	The pillow that came in the box was firm, but the body pillow is very fluffy. The fluff is adjustable so you can make it more firm in various areas if you want, I've only had one night sleep with it so far, but I'm not sure I like it compared to my old non-memory foam body pillow. I will give it a week before final verdict.

Answer:	Yes it will fit on top of this one. Although I will warn you this product is water resistant, my son has pooped on it multiple times and it goes through to the bare pillow but it does help with not too much getting on it to where it would stain badly.
