Answer:	Not at all. The diameter of the handle is a little bigger than I would ideally like for one-handed exercises (I have a 26 lb kb, and I'm a 5'8", 125 lb woman), but I think in the long run it's just helping to make my grip and my forearms stronger. Two-handed exercises are no problem. My husband has the same one in 35 lbs, and the handle is the same diameter.

Answer:	I assume the difference is that competition bells are color coded for easy identification of the weight you are swinging since in competition the weight would need to be obvious. If there are other differences, I don't know what they are.

Answer:	I can’t answer this question because I don’t have the 20KG bell. I have a 24KG and a 32KG. . The 20KG would be nice to have. It’s probably similar to 24KG in terms of handle height from the top of the bell to the handle but I could not say for certain. One thing I can say is that the 16KG, 24KG, 32KG have nice wide handles that leave plenty of room for your hands for two handed swings (I’ve used others that are less comfortable). I’ve been very happy with the quality of these bells for the price. I will def order more when the time comes.

Answer:	I haven't tried competition kettlebells, but I own several cast iron ones. As far as I've ready, there are three things you want to keep in mind about the competition ones. First, they are consistently the same size no matter the weight. Second, they are made for one hand. Three, they are a more complex piece of equipment due to their size consistency throughout weight classes. Four, they are more expensive. For home use, I'd say stick to cast Iron. The only real advantage there is with competition kettlebells for home use is that they are consistent across different sizes. The different in size isn't a big deal for me, but based on what I've seen online, this can matter to some people. The grip on a decent cast into kettlebell is good for one or two hands, whereas for a competition kettlebell, two handed is more difficult since they are designed for one hand use. Also, I mentioned that the competition kettlebell is more complex. Most kettlebells are made in such a way that they are filled with a metal that adds the necessary weight (though there are some upscale kettlebell manufacturers, i.e. Kettlebell, that avoid this problem to the kettlebell. It is possible that this can come loose, leaving you with a rattling kettlebell. And, of course, competition kettlebells are more expensive. In my opinion stick with cast iron kettlebells.

Answer:	It is about 4cm wide, which means it has a diameter of 4cm or 1 & 9/16th of an inch. Did you actually mean how long it is? About 6.5-7inches (hard to tell as it starts to curve downwards) or 15-18cm. The inner length is about 12cm or 4 & 3/4 inch which is roomy if you grab it with one hand but you'd need to grab it from the sides if you want to use both hands unless you have tiny hands. The 45 lbs. version has a longer, thicker handle and most people could grab it with both hands from the top (but it's easier on your wrists if you grab it from the sides of the handle when using both hands)

Answer:	Interesting, I had the same thing happen with a 20lb I ordered. Mysteriously couldn't be delivered, price tripled!

Answer:	All handles are the same size, I have a 48kg down to 10 and they are all pretty much the same. I love these bells and for the money you can ask for much better. I would say I have medium hands and I have no issues and will be order more bells from rep fitness.

Answer:	My 20K Bell has a thicker handle than my 18K Bell. My 18K is the same as my 16K. So there are jumps in handle sizes, just not sure where that jump takes place. (I don’t have a 22 or higher.)

Answer:	If set the bags in bag and pick it up and drop it a few times and stand/stomp on the bags (while they are in the bag) the sand will compact a bit and you should be able to just barely get the bag zipped. I had issues at first as well but now its not a problem.
