Answer:	I had a problem with one side of the bottom bar with the legs, the little small thin tubes that go across could not be installed on one side because the portion with the holes that they would go into had been welded on in the wrong direction. The company replaced the entire unit, completely and immediately, I think I had a new one within 5 days. They did not make me mail the defective one back. I was very happy with their replacement policy.
