Answer:	Looks like there are 3 options when ordering - one for battery, one for battery specifically noting the white LED lights, and a final option for plug in. Note: The plug in one (as of November 15, 2017) is like half the price of the battery one ($28 vs. $48).....so that's super easily misleading if you were doing what I was doing and looking at garland first and this came up in the suggested bundles....glad I didn't just purchase without detailed looking at these questions!
