Answer:	They do not dry up fast enough and they are small. My answer would be no.

Answer:	Yes. but fabric softeners are not good for them, and some of mine have frayed a bit due to the unfinished edging. Air-dry has been better.

Answer:	No. The first couple of washes you will not see a drop in performance but you will eventually. The same agent that "softens" the fabric will eventually make it water repellent which will leave smears and the like. There are videos that show the water repellency of the lint trap after using dryer sheets you can look up. None of my performance fabrics get fabric softener.

Answer:	I just wash them like a small dish towel or a lightly soiled rag. Just use the same issues (oil, heavy metal lube...). So if you use these for primarily cleaning screens and polishing, then you can just put it in with towels. They are very resilient and at this price it’s better to trash heavy soils. Hope this helps. Answer:	Absolutely! I use mine that way! They are bigger than the swiffer so you can wrap them in way that allows two cleaning "fresh" cleaning surfaces. I use doTERRA's cleaner concentrate in a spray bottle with water to spray down my floors and then mop it up. We do not use fabric softener or dryer sheets in our home (we use vinegar to softener our clothing & dryer balls with added essential oils), which will allow the cloths to last a long time. Answer:	Yes, what drew us to this purchase was the size of the clothes. They would be useful for dust, window cleaning, head unit screens, etc. I haven't tried them on wiping off wax, but they should work. The problem would be washing the wax out of the rag after finishing and trying to use them for another purpose.. But then, they are cheap enough to wash and set them aside for the next wax job.

I see your question is from several months back but I just stumbled across it & I thought I could give you some great insight :) The first thing I must clarify is that there’s 2 type of microfiber cloths/ towels that are distinctly different in their purpose & hence textures: 1-The “cleaning cloths” like these that have a fuzzy texture to grab on to particles when cleaning & which can be uncomfortable to use on dry/ sensitive skin if used dry but are fine if used wet. 2-The “bath towels” which have a completely smooth texture so they are soft, super absorbent, dry incredibly fast, don’t get smelly like regular cotton towels, are super lightweight, & take no space when stored. I use a brand called Youphoria which is sold here on Amazon. Note there’s other types of microfiber bath towels available which are more like standard towels in that they’re not as light or they may have some type of texture, but for your purpose, I must recommend these & you’ll see why below :) You see, I have an 82 y/o mother-in-law who has extremely sensitive skin—she can’t wash dishes, she uses special lotions, & can only wear seamless/ tag-less clothing...Yet, she loves using the microfiber “cleaning cloths” as a washcloth when she showers because, as another person indicated, once wet they don’t pull on dry skin. She particularly likes the 12x12 inch Sinland brand microfiber dish cloths (sold here) that have mesh on one side. I use them to wash dishes instead of sponges as I love that I can throw them in the wash to keep them sanitary & they literally last forever. To my surprise, she started using them as washcloths—she says they’re way better than a sponge (now even my father-in-law & hubby use them :)) But again, she only uses them wet in the shower. To dry herself, she always complained that many cotton towels are too heavy and/ or rough on her skin, so I gave her one of my Youphoria microfiber “bath towels” & that’s all she’ll use now. These also come in different smaller sizes you could use to dry hands/face & actually, even a hand-sized one is likely absorbent enough to dry your entire body if needed 😜. The downside of these is that they don’t come in large qty packs like the microfiber cleaning cloths do (or at least I have not found any here on Amazon) plus they’re way more expensive than the cleaning cloths. Answer:	I use microfiber towels regularly for automotive detailing. There are a couple of helpful guidelines for washing microfiber towels. Do not use a fabric softener and do not use dryer sheets. Also, when drying, use the lowest heat setting. I also wash microfiber towels separately from other fabrics as to not attract dirt or lint. By following these steps, my microfiber towels have lasted a long time. Hope this helps!
