Answer:	I just returned from a trip from Birmingham Al, stopped in Charlotte NC and finished in Orlando FL I loaded the case at 2:30 AM with the four frozen pads. I had 6 total pens in the case as well. I arrived in my hotel at 12:30 and the temperature was still well below a dangerous level. I highly recommend this case, for size and durability as well.

Answer:	You can hold MUCH more than 2 injection pens with our case :) In terms of how many hours it can stay cold, it would be dishonest for us to guarantee 12 hours. Our customers have reported no performance issues for a standard work day, an 8 hour trip and in some cases, even longer. It ultimately depends on how long you have frozen the ice packs for, how many ice packs you have used and the outside environment/temperature.
