All around win for me. With family members having skin problems and sensitivities, I use this for moisturizing and it works great, with essential oils added or just plain. |

If you are looking to raise ketone levels in your bloodstream, the different oils do this in a different ways. Coconut oil does not raise ketone levels in your bloodstream as high as MCT oil does. But the coconut oil does provide a more sustained, but lower, level of ketones for a longer period than MCT oil. (This means the body does convert some of the C12 into ketones after your liver processes it.) And if you were to use a product like Bulletproof Coffee's Brain Octane Oil, which is 100% Caprylic acid, you would get a much higher dose of ketones, but shorter lived than both standard MCT oil and coconut oil.If you are looking to raise ketone levels but aren't too picky about it, this Carrington coconut cooking oil is fine. If you want a ketone surge for a burst "performance" of brain function, then use Brain Octane Oil or some other pure C-8 Caprylic Acid. A standard case is fine because it doesn't block the magnetic field between the charger and the phone, but anything as full of metal as that battery is definitely going to block the charging. If your battery pack is capable of wireless charging and supports passthrough, then you can charge one while it charges the other. But again, I wouldn't bet on your case supporting any of that. |

| Answer: | Hello! If you get a reliable connection outside your window, you should be fine to place the antenna there. Keep in mind that the antennas also need either a 50 ft. horizontal separation OR a 20 ft. vertical separation. It can also be a mix of the two based on your situation. The booster will show a red light if the antennas are too close to each other. In this case, we suggest first checking to see if you are getting a boosted signal. If you are, you are ok to keep the antennas as is. If you are getting red lights and not seeing a boosted signal, you will need to separate the antennas farther apart. The booster will need to be powered off and back on each time an antenna is readjusted or relocated. Thank you! |
