Question:	Which is more convenient? This one or the foldable lunch bag? My only concern is having to carry sandwiches sideways
Answer:	The lunch box itself is still movable when gel is frozen. We freeze ours flat, stacked on top of each other and haven't had any issues with freezing or packing lunches. Hope this helps
Question:	Does this have a side mesh pocket for drinks
Answer:	I would say you could freeze it already packed with food. My kids throw them in the freezer every afternoon in crazy ways. We’ve had one of these for six months and one for two years of daily use by elementary age kids and they are still in great condition.
Question:	Does the gel freeze solid or is it still pliable when frozen
Answer:	pushed all the way in - about 13" deep. No, it is not an eyesore. It is tilted slightly down, pulls out and pivots as advertised. I'm likely getting a 2nd for my basement.
Question:	Can this be frozen already packed with food? Says to freeze flat, is that the only way
Answer:	If I remember correctly, it had bolts that slipped into the the bracket and then were tightened. It was not too bad to put together but my TV was older and really heavy so I suggest two people to make it easier.

Answer:	The two compartments are completely seperate. Both top and bottom compartments have their own zippers. They are seperated by a soft insulated material..not mesh...more of a heavy plastic. You can actually pack two meals worth of food in the bag...breakfast on top and lunch on bottom. Hope that helps.

Question:	What is the width of the base
Answer:	I brought mines without the matching bottle it doesn’t matter
Question:	What is the actual design of the blue one, what are the white spots
Answer:	I take this to school and put it in my backpack and it keeps things cold all day. I pack it at about 0730 and empty it 12 hrs later and still cold. I put one of those frozen gel packs in the bottom section and food/drinks in top with a sandwich bag of ice (I like ice in my drinks). So far I am loving it.
Question:	I have a different design and it had a matching water bottle. How come this does not come with one and can I purchase one separately
Answer:	This is a great question- There is no dedicated spot (pocket, etc.) that is intended for the ice pack. Instead, it can be packed amongst the contents of the lunch bag. The opening in the top compartment can be used to help pack taller items, can be used to separate items in the lunch bag to help protect items you don’t want to be crushed by others, and also helps to keep certain items away from having direct contact with the ice pack.
