My shelf is 14*30. This mat seems a little bigger for it. Why? How do I trim them?

Dany: I bought the same size shelves from AmazonBasics and Seville Classics. There were 0.1inch difference of size. If the mat is larger than your shelf, scissors and knives are good trimming tools.

Tip: Before trimming, draw a standard line first.

What's the difference of the flat version and rolled version?

Dany: This is a 0.65mm Flat Version Package: Compared to other brands, we use carton package to prevent bent corners.

I also developped Rolled Version. No damaged corners any more but the curled problem really bothers me. I did a lot of experiments to see how to restore the flatness and how long?

I placed small items(1-2pounds) on the four corners separately. And check in 24 hours, 48 hours and 7 days. The PP mat flatness is restored to 100% even I removed all items.

What's the material of the liner? May i place some heavy objects directly on it? Is it easy to be scratched?

Dany:The material of the mat is polypropylene,as a kind of highly crystalline polymer,it's non-toxic, odorless and milky white,it is usually used in fresh food packaging, appliance housings, and insulating parts. the stiffness and scratch resistance on the surface are good.In practical use, when you use some sharp instruments like knife,it will appear scratches.But there will be no trace when heavy objects placing on it.

What is the difference between the actual use of 0.4mm and 0.65 liners?

Dany:BRIAN & DANY compared more than 10 types of liners, and the final choice this type of liner that the transparency and toughness are best. 0.4mm usually can be used to put a variety of snacks, home appliances, Decorative items etc. If you need to prevent some sharp tools, such as scissors,knives etc, I suggest you use 0.6mm.

Answer:	Possibly, but they are designed for refrigerator solid shelves, not wire shelves. But, they might work on wire shelves as well.

Answer:	I don't know if they are mold resistance or not; l have only had mine a week. They do however, keep jars and fruit from sliding, and the brightness of the mats helps you to find whatever you are looking for faster. Answer:	I'm really not 100% sure exactly what the material is, but it feels like some type of plastic. I used this product to line the drawers and shelves in the kitchen and I love it. It is clear, one side smooth and one side bumpy. We did whole kitchen bumpy side up, and then realized it says to install bumpy side down. We have changed a few, but we really like bumpy side up . If cut exact, it fits nicely, stays down and your dishes/silverware or other items do not move. I lined one shelf in my refrigerator and love it. I will be lining the others as soon as I can.
Question:	How do you get it to stick down
Answer:	Thank you for your question! This liner is a non-adhesive liner, so it will not stick, per se, but it should grip to the surface. Make sure the bumpy side faces down.

Question:	Hello. If I used this on a shoe rack, would the holes in the material allow dirt fall to the shoes below? Thanks
Answer:	Yes if it is small dirt. It might also stick to your shoes, so when you pick them up it will come with them for a second. Just like it does with dishes and cups. It does allow for air flow, which is a plus.
Question:	Do the liners stay put? Or do they slide around and bunch up a lot? I'm thinking of putting these in kitchen cabinets and pantry shelves
Answer:	They do a pretty good job of staying put. Just make sure the liners are cut close to the dimensions of the cabinet inner areas.
Question:	Is the roll of lining actually 20 feet long? One reviewer indicated that it is not
Answer:	If YOU SELECT the RIGHT SIZE and that states it's 20 feet then YES it's 20 feet. I've bought both 20 and 24 inch long and both are accurate for length. THE KEY IS TO SELECT the size when selecting the color. What happens is not all sizes are in all colors and vice versa. So people select a color they like after they selected the size and the size changes on them because now the color they want is not available in that color....just have to watch carefully and double check to insure the size still confirms that color choice. If not you may need to decide do you want size over color or color over size. For most of my uses I just come back and see what's on sale in the 20 by 24 foot rolls. I just cut up a 24 foot roll into four six foot pieces to use first camping to keep slippery sleeping bags and mats from slideing around on slippery nylon tent floors....worked great. Two of those six are now under two 6 foot double sided coiled throw runners on a middle stair landing. The rugs are also just a little wider than 20 inches so just trimmed the oval ends to fit perfectly. Now kitties no longer play ride them all over the landing which they thought was fun but we are getting too old to not trip on sometimes. Also we don't kick the rugs out of place either. And this stuff works better than similar rug nonskid rug pads for some odd reasion. Any way the point is it measures what you choose and double check when it goes into your order page to make sure the size and color remains as you had wanted not changed due to the above points.

Answer:	Yes. it does have little holes and should not be used as a device to protect against water leaking onto something!

Answer:	Yes, liners are heavy duty. However, you can still cut them if necessary.
Question:	how do you clean and dust these shelves
Answer:	Good question, mostly I don't because I have so much fabric and quilting books on them. The parts that you can reach, you can just use a Swiffer duster, and the other parts are covered up with items, so I'm not terribly concerned about dust. I love these shelves dusty or not.

Answer:	Yes. I cut arcs to fit a corner shelf and it wasn't a problem. I simply drew the shape I needed on the liner, then followed the line to cut by. It is very smooth.
