Question:	Mushrooms grew on the first side in 7 days. Harvested. The carton and plastic fell apart. I put it on a foam plate and put a plastic bag around the entire thing. Misting. Not growing. 9 days second side. Any suggestions
Answer:	I haven't tried growing the other side yet. We had a major forest fire right after my first harvest, so everything was put on hold. But i had an incredible amount of mushrooms from my first harvest. And even though I quit misting the box, another very large shroom grew out of the box. I'll try the other side soon, after soaking it. Most of all, I learned how to grow these delicious mushrooms. As I live in the forest with many decaying logs around, I can order some spores and have a large harvest. I'm very glad I tried this first.
Question:	Does this have to be used as soon as received in mail? Will it be effective if received but not used for 1-3 weeks? Trying to time when to buy this
Answer:	So I had one of these that I left just sitting around because I was afraid to get it started in the middle of winter... The mycelium cake was so aggressive that it just started growing inside the bag, forcing me to open it up and take care of it! If you're going to keep them in storage, I'd recommend keeping them chilled so that the mycelium isn't trying to grow as aggressively as mine has! I'm not complaining, but it was certainly an unexpected surprise that I probably could've postponed, had I kept the mycelium cake somewhere colder.

Answer:	we kept ours in the kitchen.. the first batch took a bit longer because we discovered we did not soak it enough. The second batch only took less than a week. Honestly, we didnt eat them, I procrastinated and didn't pick them soon enough and they wilted. As soon as they grow you almost have to eat them.
Question:	How many harvests are you guys getting? I'm looking at this from an economic standpoint -- so is it cheaper than buying mushrooms at the grocers
Answer:	I got a large harvest from this...it was amazing how fast they grew. I kept it moist until they started sprouting and then left them pretty much alone. Within about 10-14 days I had more mushrooms than expected!

Oven Baked Truffle Parmesan Chips Recipe Idea

• Four large potatoes
• Two tablespoons of olive oil
• Flaked sea salt
• Fresh ground black pepper
• 80g grated Parmigiano Reggiano
• Two tablespoons of TruffleHunter’s Black Truffle oil

Method

Step 1: Preheat oven to 180C and lightly coat a baking tray with the olive oil & wash the potatoes, leaving the skins on. Cut the potatoes into the desired thickness that you want your chips. Rid the potatoes of excess moisture by plotting dry with paper towel.

Step 2: Toss the chips on the olive oil coated baking sheet and season liberally with salt and black pepper.

Step 3: Place the chips in a single layer on the baking tray, keep them separate & bake in the oven for about 20 minutes, or until the chips are crispy and golden.

Step 4: Drizzle over the truffle oil, throw in the Parmigiano Reggiano and toss.

We send a notification on the day it is to be delivered and you should look for the mail person and get it from them. Answer:	I am sorry I cannot answer this. The one I ordered was last year. As with all food products the expiration date depends on when made. This is a different batch. Will tell you they are soo soo soo good!

Answer:	That's funny! I did not notice it. I guarantee you there are no beets in these jalapeno crisps. They are so good! We eat them on salads and order them in bulk.

Answer:	One of the pictures has a list of the ingredients. The red bell peppers are covered in a (flour based) crunchy coating. They are mild and add a bit of crunch and flavor to the salad. I've ordered them a couple of times and they are worth the money. I am wanting something a little more spicy to try next time and plan to order the jalapeno. The jalapeno flavor ones have good reviews but I have not purchased, yet. Hope this helps you in your buying decision.

Answer:	My experience was that initially it came out as a mist spray but the spray head clogs and then comes out as a stream.

Answer:	This doesn’t answer your question BUT I lost my cup and I emailed the company. They send me out a new one right away!

Answer:	Mine has a black bottom and no alarm. Although it shut off, because I expected an alarm (like that the one i had previously) I didn’t notice when it had finished. The eggs stayed in it too long and were rubbery with greyish yolks. I’ll use it again and have to monitor its cooking time which is incovenjent
Question:	WHY do you have to poke a hole in the top of egg when hard boiling? If the egg bubbles out the hole, what's the purpose
Answer:	It's important to poke the hole into the fat end of the egg. This is because each egg has an air pocket at this end. And set the egg into the tray with the hole up so that this sulphury air can properly escape. You're venting the nasty stuff that you don't want infusing into the egg. Venting makes the eggs look great and taste great. Just remember, wide-end up.
Question:	Does this item have an automatic shut off
Answer:	Mine (the stainless steel with "No Alert" option) shuts off automatically. I've noticed that it will cut back on if left alone for several minutes, though. I guess the water drips back down from the dome and the sensor thinks it's time to cook again. Since that happened, I try to flip the switch off right after they're done.
