Baked a cake in 25 minutes. Steamed fish, broccoli, & rice in 8-12 minutes. I don’t usually preheat - just put it in & it preheats & starts cooking, timer goes off & if you don’t take it out, automatically goes to keep warm mode. It is a slow cooker as well. I haven’t used my gas stove since I got the XL grill 3 weeks ago. Love it!
