Answer:	Something about one answer (from Alan Hall) does not make sense. "The real dimensions are 11.5" tall by 19" deep by 22" wide. This is an extra large oven as designated by the XL in the model number. It can hold two 16" diameter pizzas." Unless you are stacking, overlapping, or folding the two 16"-diameter pizzas to make them fit . . . since 2x16=32, how can this oven hold two of such pizzas?
Question:	I usually cover my chicken with aluminum foil -that way it stays extra juicy. Can I place it inside this oven
Answer:	Placing foil in the unit may cause the unit to heat up over 500 degrees. For this reason we do not suggest using foil in the toaster oven.
Question:	Can another baking rack be purchased to make it more efficient and cook on two racks at one time
Answer:	The Fox Run Rectangular rack sold by Amazon is a good addition. Oster DOES NOT sell an additional rack and states it is UNAVAILABLE. Don't go on a wild goose chase as I did. The Fox Run rack does not provide more than 1" room between itself and the original rack however, I bought it to specifically place a drip tray when I roast steaks on the higher rack in the oven. It works! Please note: The Fox Run rack is listed as 10" x 14" when it is actually 14.25" wide. It IS a tight fit but it really fits well if you are careful when installing. I recommend leaving it in place for your convenience. This Fox Run addition made the difference for me for keeping the oven because I roast individual steaks most of the time. It also works great alone for taller foods when the original rack does not provide enough height for cooking larger items. It's worth a try if you really want more than just the one rack that only comes with the Oster Toaster Convention oven. This oven is a keeper for me!
Question:	what are the inside dimensions
Answer:	We received the Oster TSSTTVMNDG convection oven December 2nd. We liked it until we tried a 9x13 pan in the oven. Not enough space! We tried a different 9x13 pan (Pyrex - what I consider the standard for casseroles). Same result. The 9"x13" is the INSIDE dimensions of the pan. Most pans have a handle on each end or a lip around the edge. We are very disappointed. Our pans do fit in our microwave, handles & all. We are returning this convection oven & hope to find one larger. I did see a Black & Decker at Walmart that said it was "extra wide for a 9x13 pan WITH handles".

Question:	Is there a reheat feature on this toaster oven
Answer:	There are "Warm" and "Broil" buttons, but the manual does not say how to use them. There is no button called "reheat," and the User Manual does not indicate how to use this oven for reheating purposes. My review of March 12, 2015, has photos that show the size difference between a standard "toaster oven" (as the Amazon product page describes it). and this "extra large countertop oven" (as the User Manual describes it).
Question:	Why are dimensions smaller than what is advertised on Amazon? I expected a unit almost 24" wide and was willing to pay extra for size
Answer:	The unit will fit a 16" pizza, but I don't know how you got 24" when the interior chamber dimensions say the width is about 15.75" and the depth is16.36". The entire unit with the control section (and the interior of about 17") is about 21.5" wide. I am sorry you seem disappointed, but my built-in stove top/oven is 24" on the interior -- that would be HUGE for a counter top unit. The returns are easy on Amazon if you're not happy and they will give you a full refund. I LOVE mine and would definitely recommend.

3½ oz. ricotta cheese

2 cups frozen peas, thawed

2 lbs. vine-ripened tomatoes, quartered

4 red bell peppers, seeds removed, cut into small chunks

6 cups vegetable stock

½ cup thickened cream

2 cups plain flour

2 teaspoons (1 sachet/7g) dried yeast

¾ cup warm water

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 1/2 cups carrots, cut in 1-inch pieces

Answer:	NO! This is a wonderful oven, but it has a lot of drawbacks. First off which is the size. Most full size pans will not fit. I could not find a way to bake both layers of a two layer cake at one time. like a toaster oven you can not use parchment paper . I love this oven and am glad I bought it , but no way would this do everything a regular oven will. It is terrific to complement cooking when you want to bake a pie or side dish when other oven is in use.

Answer:	The NON-STICK COATING on the inside walls does not make contact with your food, or vaporize at high temperatures. It is for ease of clean-up, so not a health problem to even worry about you guys. The racks are chrome plated steel, so no chemicals or non-stick coating there. I would recommend to pre-bake out any impurities or "Temper" the oven by heating it empty at max high temp convection for 1 hr, opening the doors to ventilate every 15 minutes.

Answer:	I just measured the rack for you and it is 15.5" x 14.5" -- now you can draw that up and figure it out :)

Answer:	Technically, yes, of course. But it's a large toaster oven, which is its appeal. A smaller model would be easier to move up and down between levels.
Question:	What is the interior height deminsion
Answer:	Full interior height is 10 inches when you open the door, however cooking interior height from lower rack w/ top rack removed is 7 inches, and cooking interior height from upper rack is 5 inches. There is a broiler heating element that hangs 1" below the top interior, and bottom rack is 2.5" from the bottom. Cooking space (as far as sizes of pans you can use, will be 15" wide and 13" deep. We don't even use our stove anymore, we pretty much use this because I will tell you it cooks food fast, and really well. Seriously, this is the best oven we've ever had, and I cook chicken breast a lot, just throw the breast down, add salt and pepper, and cook at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, or little longer if thicker breast. Juciest chicken ever!! Hope this helps. Feel free to ask follow up questions.
