Answer:	Yes. The purpose of the underlayment is two fold: insulation from sound and thermal barrier. You do not want to have cold feet from the basement coming up, and you do not want to have the sounds of clicks of heels (especially high heels) echoing through the house. I see no problem in providing an extra layer of protection for the vinyl because by nature, vinyl is soft.The best thing to do is to see what your vinyl floor manufacturer recommends, because you do not want to void any warranty

In addition to having Alexa voice assistant technology, it also has echo spatial perception (ESP), Follow-up mode, Wake to Amazon Music, and much more. However, it does not have the multi-room feature to play the same music through multiple devices.
