Answer:	This fan allows cooking fumes to pass through a grease filter and a thin replaceable activated charcoal filter. It cannot absorb large amounts of cooking odors or smoke. You need a fan that is ducted to the outside to effectively remove cooking odors and smoke.

Answer:	That's correct. The air flows through the filter on the underside and out through the three columns of vent slats you see on the front of the range hood. There is no connection to other vents or ducts in a wall or through the roof.
Question:	I will be plugging the rangehood into the wall, will I need a power cord kit
Answer:	I'm not sure what your setup is, but when I did mine, I hardwired the hood into the existing black and white wires that were used in the old hood. Chances are that if you don't have the pre wired design that I had, you will need a power cord kit if you plan to physically plug the unit into a traditional wall socket.

The air fry isn't stellar but the induction is awesome and the convection bakes perfectly! make sure that your pot's and pans work with induction stove (you can test with a magnet) you also have to buy the electric cable separate, but they are pretty cheap like $15. Answer:	The dimensions of the space the oven fits into (called a cutout) according to the User Manual are 558 mm wide, 583mm high and 560 mm deep. I installed mine into a cutout which measured 21.5 inches wide, 24 inches high and 25.5 inches deep. The width and the depth of my cutout were just fine, the height was about 3 inches taller than necessary but it worked out OK. I have about a 3 inch opening into the cutout above the top of my oven which has proven to be useful for storing certain items.
