My understanding is that the relief of those various symptoms (swelling and pain) are what help to reduce irritability and mood swings. Answer:	I have never worried about the shelf life. I actually have a ^stockpile^ of these.

Answer:	The number refers to the number of decimal dilutions of an original substance. 1X would be one in ten parts. Keep diluting over and over until you get 6X. Do it thirty times and basically there won't be any of of the original substance left. Most homeopaths believe the more dilutions the greater the potential is. Hyland's is at 6X, which certainly works for me to stop foot or leg cramps nearly instantaneously. I've started taking one dose (four tiny pills dissolved under the tongue) at bedtime now to prevent night cramps from happening. I know it sounds impossible given the number of dilutions, but I attribute the effectiveness to quantum mechanics and string theory.

Answer:	When I bought them I can’t remember the exact dates but they were fine

Answer:	Active ingredients in Premsyn are: Acetaminophen 500mg...pain reliever; Pamabrom 25mg...diuretic; Pyrilamine Maleate 15mg...antihistamine. I do not know what is in Pamprin. I am male. I take Premsyn to alleviate the swelling in my spinal discs in the lumbar region of my back. I only take a dose when I am in pain and I want to continue to walk. Pamprin does not work for me, I have tried it. The ingredient that gives relief of bloating is what helps reduce the swelling in my discs when I over work my back.
