Answer:	I use mine to make bullet coffee: coconut oil blended with coffee to make a creamy, non-dairy sort of latte. I've also used it to make oil-based dressings. So, yes! It works very well for that.

Answer:	Step-1 First, make sure your bowl is deep enough that the liquid fills it just about halfway up the sides. Step-2 Any less and the vortex motion of the blending will fling your soup straight up and out onto your kitchen walls and countertops; more and the mix might creep up over the edges of the bowl and escape and the vortex gets moving. Step-3 Next, submerge the head of the blender in the soup before you turn on the motor, and start on a slower setting (if your blender has a variable speed setting). As you begin to blend, slowly tilt the head of the blender until you see a slow-moving vortex (whirlpool) form in the center of the bowl. Step-4 Hold your blender in place until the soup is blended to your liking. IMPORTANT: Turn the motor off before you remove the blender from the liquid!

Question:	Is it easy to hold down the button? I have arthritis in my hands and it hurts to hold down the button on my Cuisinart hand blender
Answer:	I'm right handed and use my thumb to press the button as I hold the blender. If you can stand to grasp an object, holding the button down shouldn't be a problem. The hard part is taking off the blade to clean it and then putting it back on. There is no eject button and the blade is rather small and doesn't come off easily. I have to use a dish cloth to grab and pull it without hurting myself (always unplug it first!). I love this blender, but I would love it more with an eject button for that blade!
