The people who delivered it damaged the entry way wood and weather stripping as they were trying to force it through the front door. I would make sure to communicate with them every step of the way and not assume that they will take care to not damage your home.

This will operate at 1-2000 btus quieter and more efficiently than any other ac unit on the market. I don't work for LG - I am however a professional HVAC designer! If everyone switched to this type of unit instead of buying the cheapest nosiest single speed units - NYC would reduce its peak summer load significantly and the streets would be quieter.
