Answer:	I bought it for my grandson that was born prematurely to help with support. It seemed to work well and he loved the face on it. I have to say that she used it for only for support and not a neck pillow and did not leave him unattended while using it.

Answer:	I bought this years ago so I don’t know if is still the same but at the time it was one piece. My kid loved this it was a huge hit.

Answer:	no it did not but we bought this a couple years ago so I don't know if that is still the case. This was a huge hit with my son and his friends.

Answer:	I would say NO! My son had the medium and he is small, it barely fit. He was about 4'0" at the time and maybe 60lb
