Answer:	Thank you for your inquiry. Our griddles have a safety feature with the regulators. If the propane was not turned off completely or in the exact steps, the regulator will prevent much gas flow from going through the regulator the next time. I have noticed that our recent batch of regulators are more sensitive than they have been in the past. You might try turning removing the propane tank and then reattaching it. This should reset the regulator from the above mentioned safety feature. Also, there are air gates at the front of each burner that can be adjusted to your preference. They control the air to gas ratio. There is a small silver screw at the front of the burner tube that you can loosen and then you can slide the gate more open or closed depending on your preference. We typically have the air gates half closed or even 3/4 of the way closed. I hope this helps. Don't use it on a high output gas camp stove with round burners unless you have bought the little griddle brand heat deflector sold at littlegriddle.com. I ruined mine because I did not know about heat deflector until after I got hot spots after using my sizzleq on gas barbeque for two years without any problems I bougt a camp stove top and then got hot spots. The web site has FAQ and this warning hut when buying through Amazon you dont see

Answer:	Looking at the previous answers, looks like it used to be made in the usa, but now it looks like it's made in china. In the product details, it says it's made in china as of 5-28-17.

Answer:	No, you cannot use it without the legs. I looked at this too. The propane connection assembly extends lower than the metal shield around the burner. The legs do not have a lot of adjustment, maybe an inch or two. I have the stove packed away with my camping gear and cannot verify the exact amount of adjustment or lowest cooking height.

Answer:	Weight is not the issue with outside canning..... Too much heat on the thin aluminum canner bottoms is the issue. https://www.healthycanning.com/pressure-canner-heat-source/#heat-source-too-high Most everyone agrees to definitely avoid any “turkey fryer” propane heaters because of the high heat required to boil the oil to fry the turkey would damage many canners. Question:	How much weight can this handle? I am hosting a lobster bake so I am figuring about 45 pounds/ 21kg will be on the unit at any given time. Thank you
Answer:	I came here to look up this answer. I can say that I've had mine since 2015 and have routinely mashed and boiled wort on the burner. Over 7 gallons. Which would be around 56 pounds. I may have even doubled this up once with two batches at the same time.

Answer:	Hi, our Dutch ovens are designed to be a pot and also you can use the lid as a skillet. The 9 QT size in title is a sum-up of pot and lid capacity. And the Pot capacity is 6.6QT. Though we mark detailed dimensions in product images and description, some of our customers misunderstood that our pot capacity was 9 QT. So we decided to describe the size with this way to make it more clear. According to our previous customer feedbacks, this one will be good for 3-5 person family.

HOW TO SEASON-- Once you understand how to use, clean, and season a cast iron dutch oven, it will last a lifetime.

Overmont Dutch Ovens comes pre-seasoned and ready to use, so you can make your family's favorite recipes right away. It can be used on any heat source, from the stove top to the campfire (microwave not allowed). But if you didn’t dry it completely, it may get rust. Don’t worry, just simply scour the rusty areas with steel wool, follow the seasoning steps and it will turn to be a brand new one.

1. Start by rubbing a thin coat of coconut oil or lard all over the entire surface. Rub off any excess with a cotton cloth or paper towel.

2. Preheat your oven to 450 degrees and place a baking sheet of aluminum foil on bottom rack to catch any drips. Place the pot upside down and heat for 30 minutes. Turn the oven off and let it cool to room temperature. Or you can just put it in fire and heat.

3. Repeat step 1 and 2 several times, as this will help season the pot faster. Although, the best way to get a really good “season” is to simply USE it. Each time you use it you are seasoning it.

NOTICE:

Overmont Dutch Ovens use the most advanced cast iron production technology, ensure the more stringent controls on quality compared with the vast majority of similar products in the market.
