Answer:	A practice broadhead is not included. Only the 3 razor sharp broadheads.

Answer:	The broadheads I bought are specifically labeled for crossbow bow use. I believe you could use them in a standard compound. I'm not sure you would want to use a standard compound expandable broadhead in a crossbow though... The deadmeat crossbow broadhead is rated to 400 fps, which is basically only achieved by crossbows. Using a compound broadhead in a fast crossbow could cause premature expansion (due to speed and inertia) which equals poor penetration and likely lost game. G5's website lists the crossbow broadhead as an option, so I assume it's built a bit differently. To be safe, I would stick to the listing on the package. I'm a big fan of G5 archery from Prime Bows to archery accessories and broadheads. I trust what they make and I've never had an issue with a G5 product.
