Turn On: Long press the ON/OFF button (hold for 3 seconds) to turn on the device and click again to start the treatment, you will see the LCD screen is illuminated, red laser beam coming out from the laser probe during the treatment.

Power: Click P button to choose the Power level among L1, L2, L3 and L4. Default power is L1.

Time: Click T mode to chose the treatment time among 5 min, 10 min, 15 min, 20 min. Treatment time is presented on the screen in Countdown. Press the ON/OFF button to start/stop countdown.

Answer:	There are wholes from whick the red light emits. I don't know if you can return it for a refund. I kept it.

Answer:	I AM NOT SURE! All I know is the lllt helped reduce arthritis pain and swelling in my hand. I also felt less pain from neuropathy in my feet and shins. I have had no bad side effects from this method. I ordered a Red Light Therapy book from Amazon so I could learn more specifics about appropriate usage of this method before starting.
