Question:	How do I turn this unit to the vibrate only mode? The alarm scared my kid to death
Answer:	If you open your unit to the battery compartment, you will find a three way switch. This switch allows you to change the mode from alarm and vibrate to alarm only or vibrate only.
Question:	The description says there is a "Two step" shut off process... how do you get the alarm to stop once its gone off? Is there a button or switch
Answer:	You press and hold the button to shut off the sound. It shuts off fast. You also have to make sure the sensor is dry. I guess that is the second step.
Question:	What is the size of the sensor? It is hard to tell from the picture and not in the product descriptions. Also, do the edges sharp to hurt baby
Answer:	The alarm is about the size of say a small beeper. The sensor no bigger than a quarter. I would be hesitant to use it on anyone less than say 3 who would be able to untangle the cord in case it got stuck. My son has not complained about sharp edges. He is 7.
Question:	Can this alarm be used with pull ups instead of underwear
Answer:	I put on my child's underwear under the pull-up, & attach the sensor to the underwear. She then can feel the wetness, & the alarm isn't touching her skin. I got tired of changing sheets, so pull ups were a God sent.

Answer:	The boys have thicker padding in the entire front and bottom, the back of the pull-up is thinner. This makes sense because of their anatomy. I've never used the girls pull-ups so I don't know if they are designed differently based on their anatomy as well. I do know that they design the exterior characters differently for boys and girls.

Answer:	It needs to be underwear because it clips on the outside. It works by sensing moisture and it wouldn't be able to do that through a pull-up. BUT you can wear a pull up over the underwater to protect the bed.

Answer:	Yes, there's a switch on the alarm, turn to the middle for off and both sides for mode selection. My 7 yr. old son does it easily when it vibrates in the middle of the night. I'm excited to say after a few weeks, he no longer needs the alram, he's gets up on his own now!

Answer:	Hi! The process actually does work...I used this method for one of my boys who still wet the bed (he was about to turn 8). We had some long nights at the beginning of the process, but in under 2 months, he had dry nights! That was almost 2 years ago and he hasn't wet the bed since. I purchased this alarm for my youngest and unfortunately I will be returning it. The alarm sounds like a fire alarm (in my opinion) and doesn't give you an option for volume control. The arm band does not stay firm against the arm and unfortunately both of the wires (that connect to the underwear) stopped working within a week. It is a terrific method and I highly recommend it, just not this specific unit.
