Answer:	Personally, I wouldn't take this "item" across the street. It is barely compatible with 110v. I returned mine due to safety concerns and lousy engineering.

Answer:	Hello, Thanks for reaching out. Please try and descale the unit with white vinegar and water mixture or buy a descaler from the store. Answer:	Yes you can remove the carafe and pour a cup of coffee while brewing. I typically don't because it gives you a stronger cup of coffee.

Answer:	I don’t think so, I just click the button after two cups, and it’s long enough. But if you mean for it to stay on ..... don’t think so, I would think the burner couldn’t take that. Could be totally wrong, just my opinion.
