Question:	Can this be used under the neck
Answer:	I'm sure for some clients this would be comfortable under the neck but I wouldn't purchase it for a neck pillow specifically. I suggest, try using the face cradle from your massage table as a pillow.

Answer:	That's how I used it. I put a pillowcase over it and pinned that in place, so it wasn't cold in the winter. I'm no longer using it, so I can't say if it would be too hot in the summertime.

Answer:	I use barbicide disinfectant wipes to wipe down after every use. Yes you can clean it after every use. I love the material. It’s also very comfortable. My clients love it.

Answer:	They are not shiny and repellent, they are absorbent and 100% cotton. I have washed mine a few times and they are not soft but will get softer with time. I am picky and would recommend them because they are a good deal - a set of 24 is pretty nice to have

Question:	Is the material vinyl
Answer:	No it is not vinyl. PU upholstery is made by coating a backing fabric such as cotton, polyester or shredded leather with a flexible polymer and then treating it to look more like animal hide. Polyurethane upholstery is the most realistic imitation of genuine leather, with respect to hand, surface feel, and overall appearance.
Question:	Does this bolster have a lot of give? I need to know firmness level
Answer:	It’s pretty firm. It is very thick foam.

Answer:	I would try it on a small area but I think it would be ok.

Answer:	I wouldn’t recommend it. These are meant to go under your knees. It is too big for under the low back

Answer:	I ordered the 6" bolster, but the one I received was almost 9". I don't know if you will have the same problem with the specs versus the actual product, but I can tell you that my large 9" bolster is not squishy. It has a little give, but it is quite firm.

Question:	I have used this as a client and it takes the pressure off of my lower back. Would I be able to use this at home for the same relief
Answer:	It is a standard size bolster so it should work the same. I assume this is placed under your knees while on your back or under hips if face down.
Question:	Is this a soft squishy bolster or on the hard solid side
Answer:	Not "soft squishy" or hard, but firm enough to give support but soft enough to be comfortable. I use it on my massage table during my neck traction therapy.
Question:	I have a pinched nerve that runs down my left leg due to sciatica. would this bolster help
Answer:	I doubt it would help. The nerve itself needs to be released. Try a rubber ball (not a tennis ball) and press it right in to the sciatic area. Roll the ball using a wall and your legs as support. It may hurt, but it will help the muscles relax around the nerve.
Question:	Anyone an acutal massage therapist and use this in your practice? If so how does it compare to stronglite or oakwood
Answer:	I am an aromatherapist and use it along with a massage table in the same way as I work with people. All my client love it. It is just the right size and shape. It has been hauled all over and holding up well.It wipes off easily (I use Thieves oil by Young Living). Hoping to buy another when I actually have a private office.

Answer:	Hi, yes it should be soft enough for sleeping, but it depends on your individual needs if you like the softness and the height etc. The cover is 100% PU not plastic and you could add a pillow cover if you do not like the feel on bare skin for the whole night. Question:	How are you supposed to clean these between clients if you can't use alcohol
Answer:	I have seen alcohol, bleach solutions,and orange cleaners break down table coverings in my 25 years as a full time therapist. I use virex tb to sanitize, just make sure and dry it. TB is harder to kill then HIV or hepatitis so it really should be the preferred sanitizer.

Answer:	Vinyl. I got a cloth cover for this so it feels better on the body and can be kept clean for the vinyl. I like it a lot as it is the exact firmness I want for a bolster.

Answer:	I think they are plastic but feel sorta like metal. All I know is that this is a great rolling stool and I love it. The seat is firm and comfortable. These are used in a spa located in a very well known tennis club. Five rooms, five of these. Four for massage and one for our aesthetician. Question:	What kind of foam is in this bolster? Rigid like a foam roller, more yielding, or more like memory foam? Does it fill the cover fully? Thank you
Answer:	From the consumer label: "100% Polyurathane." Insert is Snow White in color and arrived without a noticeable odor. As everyone notes, it is quite firm, but pliable enough to bend into a 90-degree angle (in order to re-insert it into the so-tight fit of the case*). It is decidedly softer than therapy rollers, but is firm. *HINT: the insert arrives with poly-wrapped within the cover--the wrap lubricates the insert, allowing it to readily slide back in. Don't throw it away!

Answer:	I also use this bolster for leg lifts and find it is perfect for me.. I like that it does have a little give, it's not too hard. I highly recommend this product!
