There is an inside ridge about 1 inch down into the pan. that is about 1/8"thiick. If I measure on the bottom on the outside the width is about 10.75. The top of the pan measured to the outside is 11.5" I'm not sure where the 10.5 -10.55 dimension comes from. It is good for bar pizza! |
