Answer:	Unfortunately, no. I made the same mistake. Had to buy the version with the light and switch it out.

Answer:	It's very easy to reverse the fan motor. Make sure the fan is off. It's ok to have the light going. Unscrew the glass dome that covers the lights to expose the light bulbs. Answer:	I am a maritime pilot and I have used it on board a vessel. It's function is good and reliable at sea. But I am notsure its fuction if you use it in the mountain for hunting because there is no obstruction at sea whereas many obstruction in the mountain. Its transmitting output is 3 watt. Answer:	No you have to plug it in charge it all the way up or wire a 12 v power adapter from the battery in your truck and you can charge it there

Answer:	No, it will not likely work. The metal body of the vehicle shields you from the signal of others. I take mine while I am driving on the Interstate. The only thing I have ever picked up is when the truckers are right next to me while I am sitting in traffic and not moving. When I am outside the vehicle, I pick stuff up within a mile or two. Most of the truckers are all using single sideband radios, and you won't be able to pick them up with this radio at all.
Question:	what is the exact range this can be used if indoors like say im in a apartment my brother is like 2 miles away in a house will it go that far
Answer:	There is NEVER an exact range for radio communication. The FCC rules require that CB's put out no more than 4 watts. I have accidentally talked to a guy in New Zealand from Ventura, CA and also from there to Florida. Other times you can't talk across town with the same radio. In your situation, if the two of you are in rooms with windows that face each other you can probably talk with two of these radios and no outside antenna. But put a small magnet mount outside your window, on a pizza pan (steel) and run a wire from your pizza pan to your radio and connect it to the outside of the antenna connection and now you have an ok base station antenna and ground plain, and will be able to talk much further.

Answer:	I have used this. In an open field was able to get .4 miles. I have not been in the woods yet.

Answer:	It works like any Bluetooth connection. You dial the number from your phone. I bought an external speaker for better sound and the unit comes with a microphone that you place somewhere in the vehicle. I rarely use the phone through it because my exhaust tone interferes with the call through the mic. Being that your phone connects, you can play pandora, iheart radio, or whatever music is stored on your phone. This means you can connect an amp and feed sound to your vehicle speakers.

Answer:	Simple answer is yes. The room where I installed my fan was actually a converted attic space where the clearance was 7'-6". Hunter provides 2 sections of connector pipe; one for normal ceilings and one for less clearance. I used the shorter pipe. Perfect clearance. You should have no problems.
