Answer:	The one I received Aug 2020 is lined no-stick dark gray. Like T-Fal. Not black like Teflon. If that helps. I love it. Very heavy duty.

Answer:	No handles, sorry. I usually place a plate over it & hold it one with one hand, slide the whole thing to the edge of the counter so I can get my other hand (sometimes in a pot holder or oven mitt) under the bottom into the ring, then flip it over onto the plate while making sure to keep a firm, flat hand on the plate. Question:	This looks like a dark bundt pan, do the cakes come out darker. I'd like my cakes to have light golden crusts
Answer:	Check the internet on darker cake pans. They do make a difference. I have two bundt pans one dark and one silver. I have to lower my temperature for the darker pan. If not my crust will be darker and the cake will over cook if I use the same tim e and temperature. My original bundt I have had for 45+ years. The darker pan much much less. I bake at 300 degrees in dark pan. It works fine. Crust is beautiful. Of course I test for doneness always. I hope this helps. Cora M.

Answer:	No. This will only hold one boxed cake. Will have some extra room in pan so it doesn't bake over side of pan but not enough space for a second cake mix.

Answer:	I have made a bundt with and without a sheet underneath. It won't overflow if it's filled only 3/4 full, but it will brown much more if you don't use the pan underneath. This said at 45 minutes bake time both ways.

Answer:	Hi Spilly! When I make a streusel topped coffee cake, I pour the batter in the pan and top with streusel then bake. If you were to do that with this pan, your topping would be on the bottom of the cake. (Which sounds like a nice change) and you could sprinkle powdered sugar on top or some heated struesel goo! Or... I suppose you could bake the cake and add the topping after the cake is cooled and removed from the pan if you want the streusel on top. Hope this helps!

Answer:	although the capacity of the pan itself will hold 10 cups, it is a level measure and you should never fill with batter more than 3/4 full to allow for rising without spilling over. Since bundt recipes and pre-made mixes can vary, most will work fine, just eyeball the level to no more than 3/4 full. Answer:	They’re so easy to clean with soap and water I haven’t tried them in the dishwasher. I assume they are small enough that they will flip over and just old water if you put them in the dishwasher.

Answer:	I have used these mini Bundt pans to make a variety of Bundt cakes and small cakes. I have not done angel food yet, but I do not see why it would not work. It’s kind of cake I have done pound cake, Bundt cake, tea cakes, etc. have done very well. The one thing I have noted is that the baking time For all the cakes had to be cut in at least half. So set your timer and begin checking the cakes well before half the baking time.
Question:	How many of these would it take for a full cake batter
Answer:	It depends on the cake. I have been baking with these for the last couple of months every week and it varies from recipe to recipe. I have found that a cake that has 2 cups of flour in it usually make somewhere between 10 and 12 mini buns. It depends on the other ingredients. Cake recipes with 3 cups of flour, Again depending on the additional ingredients, has made anywhere from 12 to 15 mini months.
