Answer:	I haven't. But I have had one of those mall kiosk people use a flat iron on my hair and do it both straight and curled. I just never tried it! It's kind of wide, I think 1 1/2 inches so might not work too good. I think a 1 inch would work better.

Answer:	You can't get one. It's a design flaw. The reservoir is over the heating eliment so it heats up and cracks. The best steam straightener is 'BabylissProTT' it's white. I have 3 and all 3 are over a year old and I love them. $69 at bed bath beyond. You can't buy it off their web site only in a store. If you print a picture of one off line you can go in to any store. Answer:	I'm not sure how it would work for you. My hair is pretty curly when it's short and then wavy when it's long and heavier. The iron does smooth it out, but it's still not a sleek salon look. I hope that helps!

Answer:	Same here. Gargles loud but steam is weak. It turns off every 60s or so for around 10s, and turns back on. Take a lot longer than my previous Conair unit from Costco. Very disappointed. Returning this.

Question:	will it remove hard soap scum from acrylic shower base
Answer:	I have not used the steam cleaner on our acrylic shower base because I use a different cleaner on it have scum. However, I will tell you this: My husband, who works in the medical field and has the cleanest hands anyone could have, manages to open our fairly new refrigerator at least 10-15 x a day and each time, he leaves sticky handles on the french doors and 2 freezer compartments. I feel I do nothing 5 days a week before he works and after he comes home and both Sat & Sun but try to wipe whatever invisible sticky stuff he leaves on them and NEVER get it off. Answer:	Water boils at 212 degrees F at sea level..makes steam. Under pressure, temp is proportionally higher.
