Answer:	The package says 15 minutes. After we got all her hair saturated, we gave it 20 minutes just to be sure. But you do need to treat again 10 days later. One application didn't do it either time, but twice with the second application 10 days after the first did. Both times she got it at school so maybe she was getting reexposed? Not sure. I just know we had to treat twice.

Answer:	This did work for my toenails, however, it does leave an orangy/brown look to the nail while using. I used for nine months (it took that long for the entire nails to grow out). Using the peroxide each time to clean the nails prior to use of the Varisi Nail solution did help keep the nails less discolored during use of the solution. And, remember to leave the toenails with a little growth so that the Varisi Nail solution can get under the nail real good. After I finished using the product, I cleaned the nails really well with peroxide and I also buffed and sanded the nails; it took a little while for the larger nails to be completely a normal color. You do have to be patient; it worked for me.

Answer:	No. I have a above the range microwave and I just coil it up and warm it for about 2 minutes. The first time you use it warm it at 2 minute increments. I have three (3) other aroma pillow (2 smaller and 1 much larger); but the one you are considering is by far the favorite in this family. By the way, the 'flavor' is lovely, and not over-powering; although it fades somewhat after awhile.
