Animal, Insect, and Tropical Fish Transportation:

Select a suitable foam insulation ox, put the oxygenated sealed fish bag into the box, then wrap the heat pack with a towel, newspaper, or paper bag, and place it in the shipping container. Fill shipping container with insulation so warmth stays trapped in. Make sure oxygen can still enter the box. It is recommened to use minimal tape and not to tape all sides to block air flow.

Plant Transportation:

This product is self-heating, avoid direct contact with the plant itself when transporting the plant. Make sure to use a suitable suitable container with sufficiant insulation. 

Tips:

Before use, open the package and rub the heat pack to heat up as soon as possible. It can take up roughly 1 hour to come up to temperature.

Storage:

Avoid direct sunlight. Store in cool and dry place. Keep out of reach of children.

Answer:	I can't give you an exact time on how long they last but it is quite awhile. It should make it through a football game or really close. My husband like to put them in his boots to keep his feet warm in the winter time.

Answer:	A little heavier than I thought it would be, almost sent it back but once its on, doesn't feel as heavy but for and elder person it might feel really heavy. I do like it though now I am used to it and the weight is more distributed once it is around your neck. It is hard to find an unscented neck wrap. Hope this helps, if not, ask me another question and I will try help more! It also depends if the microwave is at a counter level, mine is about the stove and makes it a bit more difficult. It's a nice wrap though, well made.

• How To Use:
• To Activate Heat: Squeeze the metal coin located inside the heat pad until you hear a CLICK. The liquid will begin to crystallize and heat up. To speed up crystallization, simply shake the heat pad until it is completely crystallized. Massage the heat pad for a few seconds to make it soft and pliable. Apply to desired area of your body. When the head pad cools down, it will become solid and hard. DO NOT USE MICROWAVE
• To Use Cold: Simply place the pack in the refrigerator (not the freezer). In the refrigerator the cold pack will cool to a soothing 32 degrees and remain in a liquid form.
• To Re-Use Heat Pack: Place the heat pad into a non stick pot of boiling water to melt the crystals back into liquid form. If you do not have a non stick pan then place a dish cloth on the bottom of the pot to prevent the pad from possibly sticking! Depending on the size fo the pad, it may take anywhere from 5 to 15 minutes to melt the crystals back to liquid form
• NOTE: The size of this therapy pack is 4.3'' *4.3''. If the crystals are not completely melted, it will re-crystallize. You will know it is done when the liquid is completely clear. Allow unit to cool. Colors are shipped by random.

With heating I will heat it for about a minute in the microwave, take it out...adjusting the filling, then heat again to the desired degree of warmth. Be careful to not overheat! Better to shorten the heating time and heat more cycles! I believe that you will enjoy this wrap!

Answer:	The heat wrap is 27 inches long. You will need to fold it so it can go into the microwave. If your microwave is 12 inches wide, you may only fold it into 3 sections. Try to make it as big as possible not as roll up into a smallest shaped ball. When the heat wrap spreads flat on the microwave plate, the heat can be more even. This way hot spot is harder to form. Answer:	I use the high setting, but it may be too hot for many people. I'm not sure of the exact temperatures for each setting, but medium would work to relieve most pain and relax muscles. As far as using it for a foot warmer, the instructions say not to place it under your body, but placing it over your feet would work.

Answer:	I've seen both answers here, with about 85% of "no auto-shutoff" prevailing. So let me tell you my ACTUAL experience. My Sunbeam King Size heating pad came with a tag on it that says 732-5 (no ending 00!). The instruction book says "FOR MODELS WITH AUTO OFF FEATURE: The Auto-Off feature is indicated by a LED light in the upper left corner of the controller." It does not says WHICH models have the BLASTED auto-off feature. My heart sunk when I saw an led light in the upper left corner of the controller. However, I can say this: IT DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY SHUT OFF! I use it every night on the lowest setting, and I love it. No blasted shut off every so often.Since other folks (maybe 15%) have said that it does shut off, let me express some possibilities:1. They have a different model than the 732-500, OR2. They have said model, but some of them (perhaps without the 732-5 sic tag on them) do have auto shut-off, OR3. The folks that say this are confusing "cycling" with "auto shut-off". Sometimes a pad has to TEMPORARILY cut off the juice to keep the temperature stable -- just like an electric range does. But that is NOT the same as Auto (Blasted) Shut-Off. If the pad is cycling, it will continue to heat again in a minute or two. Mine does not seem to even have to cycle. However, again, cycling is not auto-shut off. Units that auto shut-off usually have the light blink, or have some other indication that they timed out. The simplest test is to feel it! If it has auto shut-off, it'll go toward room temperature.Again, if it is merely cycling (for those few pads that need that feature), it will not stay off and heading toward room temperature.This is the word of a purchaser who has owned and used the 732-500 for over a week now, NOT someone who is guessing, nor visiting web sites, nor misreading a manual. My 732-500 does NOT automatically shut off. Thank God!

Answer:	Has anyone tried slicing their hotdogs really thin then laying them on the heating pad for 20 minutes and then if you like well done like I do, i lay them in my DVD player and hit play and time for 15 minutes. Takes awhile but great dogs! Although you ca. Also slice dogs in half and put in your toaster standing straight, on high/dark setting. You do have to continue pressing down when it pops up 13 or 14 times , but if you're near it anyhow.... just some thoughts...😋
