Question:	Can I cut the cigarette lighter off to expose the bare wire and then use a fuse splitter to hook it up to constant power? What color is ground
Answer:	Your car does not have 12v, it's 13+ or 14+ depending on whether it's running and how well charged the battery is. It will work, but it will run hotter and probably burn out sooner. Make sure you use an appropriately sized, separate fuse. If you piggyback off another fuse and connect to the hot side it won't be fused, and it will be a fire hazard. Remember, just because something works doesn't make it a good idea.

How to set up the APP of the Car Underglow Lights?

Step 1: Download “LED Hue” in Google play or APP store.

Step 2: Please make sure your phone Bluetooth is turned on.

(Don’t connect the device on Bluetooth setting page! )

Step 3: Open the APP, pull down to refresh. Click the device “SP110E” to connect.

Step 4: Please make sure the parameter is: BRG, WS2811. Total pixels >=100 (2 strips)

PS: Android OS 6.0 or later version request a location permission when you connect Bluetooth or WIFI device!

Question:	Can this product only be activated via the remote? Or can it be wired to automatically turn on when the vehicle's door is opened
Answer:	I installed these 2 days ago and it won’t stay on the color i set it for.. the box is in the engine bay area. I’m afraid of getting pulled over now if it starts flashing. I’m going to try to move it to somewhere cool and see if that helps..
Question:	I recieved my lights but they don't work? I tested them on a 12v volt tester before I hooked them on my car and they don't come on . Any suggestions
Answer:	Same thing happened to me I got mine the same day installed them all lights worked before and after installment then next day nothing then when did come back on only had 3 colors instead of 7. But just do a return item or replacement item through amazon, should be under your orders, then you should be able to click on it and then it should give u a few options one of which will be return item.
