Answer:	Hi, Amazon also sells longer line sets. The system comes with 16 feet lines but if you are looking for longer lines any lines that are 1/4" x 3/8" would work for the 9000 BTU system.

Answer:	Yes, so long as u had the room! If u have clear radius of where the ball can reach, then u are good! Outside is just recommended because typically there are fewer things to knock over!!

Answer:	This produces ozone which is different from negative ions. You can stay in a room with a device that produces negative ions; whereas,. you cannot stay in a room with one that generates ozone (O3). This particular unit generates a lot of ozone for its size and price. I used it to finally clear out the lingering smell of cigarette smoke in a used car I bought 18 months ago.
Question:	Can this be installed vertically, instead of horizontally
Answer:	Thanks for your question. Yes, ozone can kill mold and remove the smell. However, the max ozone output of B50 is only 50mg/h, which means it will take much longer to kill them. Please clean up the surface with mold first, then close doors and windows and run the unit. Answer:	I have it in my bedroom which is about 250 square feet. The air does feel cold but I have the put the thermostat at around 82 to start warming. After a couple of hours it gets too warm and then I lower it. I just use it to heat my bedroom when I need. I will usually go turn it on about a hour before bedtime.

Answer:	It works as you say, but in my case the displayed temp does not reflect the temp of the air coming out. It works, but is tricky to balance between flow and temp setting to get it to shut off when you want. I suppose it would be just as difficult if the displayed temp was the air temp, as it is still a local temperature.

Answer:	Another vote for 6x10 please. Isn't 6x10 openings the more common size? All my registers in my house are that size. Perhaps newer homes are different. Mine was built in the 70s. Really looking to try this product.

Answer:	The dimensions of the line cover kit were fine for my 3/4 ton units. For the unit in my shop, I ran the cover both inside and outside. I had to fabricate an escutcheon plate for the interior wall penetration. The inside run is adequate in appearance for the location, remembering that this is an inexpensive product. In a more refined setting, I'd recommend either fabricating a soffit or using one of the available commercial electrical gutters. If the tubing for your larger unit is too tight, you could relocate the condensate line outside the gutter.
Question:	Can you install this kit on an preinstalled line set
Answer:	Yes, but you'll probably need to push the line-set aside a bit to attach the covers to the wall. The screw-holes are on the center-line of the cover.
Question:	We have an existing mini split already installed. Is this 3 sided or do I need to disconnect the lines to put it on
Answer:	2 sided.. You do not need to disconnect the lines. Only the flex piece is solid 1 piece.
