I decided to continue using them as a preventative measure. I even bought a second set for other shoes. They trim easily with a guide molded into the bottom of the insole. Answer:	They are pretty thin. There is a molded plastic plate in the arch and heel areas and the rest is a thin foam material. For me, there was above average support and pain relief, since most inserts I have purchased over the years have done little to nothing. Because they are thin, I put them on top of the insole that is already in the shoe instead of replacing them. They are more comfortable and work better than my specialty arch support inserts.
Question:	I do need arch support for the outer side of my foot. Do these inserts do that
Answer:	To my knowledge heel spurs can occur due to lack of arch and medial support of the foot. The Samurai by supporting those areas well will stop your heel from hurting. Tip , keep your calves well stretched and strong as tightness in that area will cause heel pain. The Samurai insole has remedied my heel pain when I run but calf stretches have helped me prevent any foot pain coming back. Give them a go they have been great for me!

Answer:	One option is to buy from Amazon, and offers free returns. The other option C is purchasing through an outside vendor.There is only one width. My podiatrist instructed me to remove the shoe's internal padding before inserting the Superfeet. My feet do feel better now after using this product.

Answer:	I own a pair of both and I would say it comes to a matter of preference. The orange insoles have a little "give" in the toe area, they are more cushioned in the front foot (the heel and arch are solid). the green are not as cushioned in the toe. I personally prefer the green to the orange I found the cushioning to be annoying.

Answer:	Mine are finally breaking down after 22yrs, yes years, of 12 hr shifts sometimes 7 days a week. As a machinist walking on concrete and steel cat walks, and 6ft 2in, 205 lbs, I can't stress how important these have been in my life. Only issue I EVER had was my own, I got them wet, tried to dry in a low temp oven, and the foam at the toes curled up. I cut the foam off at the 3/4 length plastic and still used them. That was about 19 years ago. Absolutely the best part of my many pairs of workboots over the years
