Answer:	Mine was shipped by Amazon's Smiley trucks (not FedEx or UPS or even the USPS) so it doesn't indicate a return address; therefore I don't know where it actually was shipped from. It was in a lightweight cardboard box inside a larger bubble wrapped lined envelope... That seemed good enough to protect it from shipping damage... I got mine in September of 2019 so I can only speak to the one occurrence from 16 months ago... If you order again I hope your experience matches mine.

Answer:	As with any type of "outside connection", precautions should be taken to insure both ends of the connection (male & female) should be enclosed in a waterproof container ie" a "junction box" of some sort. I have used mine outside during a rainstorm, but I had it contained in a portable - enclosed junction box to keep the connections dry.

If you have an RV with 30amp service, and you have to connect to a 50amp recptacle, you need the MALE four prong to female three prong. (50amp to 30amp) If you have an RV with 50amp service and you have to connect to a 30amp receptacle, you need the Male THREE prong to Female Four prong. (30amp to 50amp) Make sure you know if your RV is either 30 or 50 amp and then order the right converter dogbone!

Answer:	3/8 what? All I can tell you is I used this cord to run my RV air conditioner which is 15 amp load and this cord carries it and A/C runs fine. It is the same size of the cord that is installed in the RV but acts as an extension cord as my plug in was just over 50 feet from my RV...also ran all other appliances as well...hope this helps! Answer:	I wouldn't recommend it the more you hook together the more the amps drop. Could cause damage to equipment running under powerd at full load. For this reason I purchased the 50' rather than adding a small ext. to my 25ft cord.

Answer:	I had the same concern. I need the extra cord due to the placement of the RV when I am at home, so I came up with the idea of placing the connection on top of a brick then I bought a plastic bucket and cut out a section on both sides for the cord to pass through and position it over the connection. A second brick prevents the bucket from blowing away.

Answer:	No it will not exceed the cords rating because you have to use a 50 to 30 amp adaptor to plug the cord into the 50 amp service.

The cord has not shown any signs of bad wear. I would just lay it where people will not be stepping on it if you leave it outside.

Answer:	I keep my cord stored with the generator year round in a non heated garage. Storing your cord in a shed should be fine as long as the mice don't chew on it.Hope this helps.

Answer:	no do not run it in the ground. the cord needs to be enclosed in the gray plastic outdoor pipe and fittings.this is electric code. two outdoor jboxes on the outside of the house and generator enclosure. the cord is not made to withstand ground enviroments.
