Because your new traditional blanket is handcrafted, we recommend you machine wash it on cold and by itself, so that lint does not get onto other items in the washer. Additionally, we recommend you put it in the dryer by itself with no heat until dry. Note: You might have to remove some Fuzz Balls if they bother you.

Answer:	It is not heavy like wool, but it is heavy vs a super lightweight blanket. It is also warm, different kind of warm than a synthetic blanket, this is more cozy because of the weight, but it is not a heavy suffocating blanket. More the weight of very thick plush towel, but not plush, just the weight and warmth. Would be great to wrap up in on the sofa to watch TV. I got it for my teenage son, he uses it every night. For me, it would be great as a summer blanket on the bed as the only blanket, but would need a second heavier warmer blanket in winter...we live in CO and I sleep with windows open so my room can be 55-62 degrees at night and this as my only blanket would not be enough in winter. My son does not sleep with windows open and for him it is fine most of the time as the only blanket on the bed. I am very satisfied with the purchase. The colors are also beautiful!

Answer:	I washed it in cold water and tumbled dry on low and it came out great. It is a tightly woven lightweight tablecloth that looks like a Mexican falsa - it’s not actually a thick woven blanket that you would use for yoga or keeping warm. Therefore, it doesn’t pill or shed like those blankets are sometimes prone to do and it’s easy to launder like regular household linens.

Answer:	Yes, I washed mine in cold water and tumbled dry on low and it looks great. I opened the machine after it had been agitating a little while to make sure it was color safe and there was no bleeding of dye into the water. Because this is more of a thin, tightly woven fabric tablecloth than a true Mexican falsa, it does not pill or shed the way other blankets do so you can wish it with other items, too.

Answer:	Hmmmm...... I don't know the answer to that question. The label says "cotton/acrylic" but dos not share the percentages. Typically, since there are only 2 fibers listed, the fiber that is listed in the first place would be the dominant percentage. So maybe 50% or more cotton (?). It has a very soft hand, washes beautifully but I do stretch and line dry mine. Love it!

Answer:	DEFINITELY FAUX. I have a mink from Korea as well. Ive had it for almost 25 yrs. This is nowhere near the same. Its pretty but its half the thickness of my real Mink blanket. Its very soft. 2 of the same material pieces sewn together but one side has top stitching for texture
