Answer:	It is plastic, so it gets hot. The blow up nozzle is ridiculous. I finally took pins and stabbed into it and it still doesn't let air in or out well, so it takes forever to inflate and deflate. My jaws were tired and sore after blowing it up. This is NOT an effective travel pillow!

Answer:	I bought the smaller one. I have a queen sized bed, and the smaller one takes up just a bit less than half of the bed. And I really didn't want one that was too high. It is perfect. I actually have a pillow I use on top of this. It has been such a wonderful purchase. I have severe allergies and this helps so much with drainage.
