Question: this pillow has a very bad smell. it’s been 3 days & it still smells. what can be done to fix this smelly pillow
Answer: What I did to help with the smell was to dry it in the dryer with no heat for more than the 5 mins stated (actually about 40 total). Then 24 hours under the ceiling fan. That reduced the smell considerably to the point of useability. I’ve had mine for a few months now and they don’t have a smell anymore. Hope that helped and good luck!
Question: The pillow is hard as a rock. Used it for a month to try to get it worked in but it’s still hard and uncomfortable. Does it ever get softer
Answer: Mine is very firm, but that suits me. I've had mine since Christmas 2019 and it is just now starting to 'give' a little. I've had others that loose their support after just a few uses so I was pleased that this one has stayed as supportive has. I can say that after about 3 months, mine has become more pliable but not to a great degree.

Answer: Yes, they are different. 1. Check your building codes, but some levels of remodeling or new construction may require hardwired interconnected smoke detectors/carbon monoxide detectors. 2. Yes, they work even when the power goes out. That is the reason for the battery. 3. I would suggest that when you replace the battery in one, replace the battery in every unit. Mine always seem to need replacing when I am out-of-town and this does not make my wife very happy, nor our dog, Rusty. Neither like the chirping.
