Answer:	I do not remember what the warranty was, but I bought mine at Sam's club, and they refunded in full. I also had called company, and they were willing to replace parts. Answer:	It does, making it easy to pull. However, the handle doesn't lock into place with buttons. With a little pressure, you can push the handle back down. That's fine if you're pulling it behind you, but makes it almost impossible to push in front of you.

Answer:	It keeps the cooler cold if you stop and turn acc feed off. I make 3 or 4 stops 60 to 90 minutes and it keeps lunch and drinks cold.

Answer:	Yes, you can use cooler packs or ice. I use the cooler packs even when using it plugged in. My car accessory plugs do not work when the car is off. So on trips when I stop the cooler packs keep things cool, and don't take up much room in the cooler.

Answer:	I know of no reason you could not, but not sure why you'd want to. The cooler itself is much like any regular cooler, but with the Thermoelectric heat exchanger in the lid. It would not keep ice frozen as it will operate at ~ 40 F below ambient temp. If the ambient temp is 75, it would stay around 35-40F.
