Answer:	I've had these towels for over two years and haven't experienced any fraying or loops unraveling. We don't wash towels with jeans though (except when the jeans are in a lingerie bag) or anything they could snag on, zippers, etc. For anyone else wondering... Smile.

Answer:	These are medium dark grey. not brown

Question:	What is the difference in color between grey and dusk
Answer:	The gray is really a mix of super dark grey and white. The dusk is more of a bluish gray. Almost like the color of ocean blue.
