Answer:	Liver damage has been associated with sources of spirulina from various sources, not just Chinese, which are contaminated with similar but toxin producing organisms. The concentration of toxins these creatures produce varies highly depending on environmental conditions. Crit. Rev. Food Sci. Answer:	I actually use a straw that is used with Icy's! The straw has a little scoop at the end that allows me to reach almost every last drop of my expensive products. Hope that idea helps. I will also cut smaller straws into scoop shapes or use a basic eyeshadow applicator with the spongy part taken off, so it's like a mini spatula. I'll keep the very last of my product in a small airtight container (sorta like the mini sample jars Sephora uses for giving out foundations ect) or move it into a the new jar.

Answer:	Yes, it does. It takes 2-3 weeks to have this be noticable. However, they aren't made invisible: it seems to plateau at 50% reduction 1.5 months after starting.

Answer:	Hi Donna, Magnesium stearate is used as a lubricant for the machinery which makes pills and supplements. Naturally, some of this lubricant gets onto the final products. Consequently, the majority of supplements will show the use of magnesium stearate on their labels. Even so, some high end supplement producers are able to avoid the use of magnesium stearate. In return for such product purity, such manufacturers charge more for their products. A couple of my favorite high end brands are Thorne Research and Standard Process, but there are many others. (I learned about these high end brands in a book called "Detox or Die," available on Amazon, and found this information to be very useful.)I've looked into magnesium stearate a fair amount, and there is a lot of disagreement regarding its effects. Dr. Mercola, for example, has written that the stearate can carry with it machinery toxins, and that sources of stearate can also be impure. One study apparently suggested that magnesium stearate inhibits the formation of T cells (killer cells), thus weakening the immune system. Answer:	The expiration date of any product is determined by the date of production and how long it is determined to be of the same quality and still "good" to use. I cannot imagine receiving a product from Amazon that is expired.

Answer:	gelatin is produced from the breaking apart of collagen tissue in animal flesh. The process involves hydrolysis of the bones and skin (boiling) and reducing the slurry down to extract the gelatin left in the soupy mix. The source of the gelatin is not a concern as much because most of the protein markers that would carry an allergen would be denatured and rendered inert in the process.The question then is what type of binder/thickening agent is used? Gelatin is the cheapest and most readily available, but it is an animal source. Non animal sources would be: Pectin(dextrose), cellulose(dextrin as well, chemically different) and other associated partial fruit sugars. Gluten is a whole separate thickening agent that has more to do with baked products as a toughening-agent or make the structure more solid. This wont be used in gummy products specifically as an ingredient, but it could be processed in a gluten-filled facility and will be labeled separately if it is certified gluten-free. I quit these pills and flushed them down the toilet. Not because they didn't work, but because of how well they did. There is a sensation that goes with taking these pills, at least for me and a few others based on the reviews. These pills causes a sensation that makes your skin feel as if it's burning accompanied with severe itching. It only lasts for about ten to fifteen minutes but during that stretch it's quite uncomfortable. During one of these episodes I decided to check my blood pressure and it was extremely high. That did it for me. Sad thing is that I was dropping pounds fast with this product. Energy level was raised and it does curb appetite. But unfortunately the side effects I can't deal with.

Answer:	They are large. 1/2" to 3/4". We really like the product

Answer:	I found “04/22” stamped on the bottom of both of my bottles. I assume these would be the expiration dates.

Answer:	I bought two bottles quite a while ago and still am using the 2nd one. My bottle DOES say Food-Based; right in green letters above the word Calcium. It also says it's food based on the back label where it tells what ingredients are in it and what they do.

Question:	are there animal products in this vitamin
Answer:	They are not vegan. The D3 comes from lanolin (sheep). However, the Just Once vitamin in RL line does contain D2, which is from mushrooms. But as far as which is better absorbed, the D3 is best as it is the type we create from the sun.

Answer:	They are about 7/8" in length. If you've ever taken any large vitamins they would be the same size.
