Answer:	Difficult to say since, I do not have both pillows. However a comparison of the descriptions differentiates the pillows by fill power 650/750 , fill weight 20ou/45ou, percentage down 90/75 and soft/firm. The soft down pillow is what I went with. Answer:	These are microfiber, not cotton, so they are not measured in thread count. Microfiber is measured in GSM (Grams per Square Meter.) Most microfiber fabrics are between 200-350 GSM. The higher the number, the thicker and softer the fabric. I prefer microfiber sheets, as they are lightweight, cooler, and easier to wash than cotton. That said, because they are so thin, they may not last as long. Hope that helps clear things up!
Question:	What is the thread count. Why the seemingly deceptive product name
Answer:	There is no thread count because they are not cotton; they are polyester. HC Collection seems to be purposely misleading customers by calling these "1800 Series Egyptian Quality" which actually has nothing to do with 1800 thread count or Egyptian cotton.

Answer:	Microfiber is polyester (aka sleeping on plastic)Cotton is much nicer to sleep on because it is softer, cooler and more breathable. Anything over 600 thread count is likely false advertising. My favorite sheet to sleep on is a 250 thread count percale. That gives you the nice crisp sheets.

Question:	What do people mean when they say that these are slippery? Do they actually slip a lot? If so, is there a way to hold them down
Answer:	Yes the comforter slips and slides easily on these satiny sheets.i wake up in the am with the comforter on the carpet.even the other pillow will move around.granted I'm a toss n turn sleeper but I never experienced it with Cotten sheets and comforter. No I can't think of a way to stop this.but all in all the feel of the combination is worth it .

Answer:	I bought the gold ones. They are beautiful. They are the exact color as advertised on the page. Even after I washed them, they did not change at all. I can find nothing negative at all to say about them.

Question:	How large is top sheet? Have queen bed w/21" deep mattress. Want top sheet that doesn't untuck during nite & has good overhang of material
Answer:	I bought Queen size. The sheets are huge, which is OK -- incredibly ample. They are cool and crisp in the summer. I much prefer these to icky microfiber or flannel. They wrinkle, but it is OK and can be smoothed out when making the bed. Making the bed is a little difficult because they are so big. But I will buy these, again -- now.
Question:	Where are these sheets made
Answer:	I'm not sure, I returned them because they were just too crunchies and stiff (not comfortable to me) so I don't know where they are made. Sorry
Question:	Has anyone washed these in hot water? I usually wash bedding with my allergy setting that uses hot waters to help my allergies
Answer:	My wife has allergies so we wash everything in warm or hot water. After several months the sheets seem fine. If I had to buy more these would be the ones.
Question:	If these sheets are percale, why do they wrinkle so badly? i have several old sets of percale sheets. they don't wrinkle! are these really percale
Answer:	If your "old" percale sheets do not wrinkle/come out perfectly smooth they are most likely a percale cotton/polyester blend or other cotton blend. 100% cotton percale is heavier, crisper, gets very wrinkled in a dryer, and feel amazing to sleep on...which IS the nature of 100% cotton percale sheets. If you do not like wrinkles, the choices are: hang them outsideto dry on a line, take them out of the dryer a tad damp and iron, leave them on the bed and let the wrinkles rest (they will smooth out some), or go a different route entirely and buy a sateen sheets.. I smooth out the wrinkles and leave the percale on the bed to "rest" they feel amazing.
