Answer:	I am the exact height and weight. However, I got the "multicolor 1"...I do not like them. They are like 4inches too high at the ankle,, which is sort of the style. The waist is very unflattering and they are a lil tight. Also, mine are a thin flannel material, but the ones you are looking at look like real leggings. I would recommend medium....a large will most likely be too big in the waist. I don't know where you carry your weight though. I have 28.5" waist and 39" hips. The last pic shows Sweaty Rocks sizing and they are pretty accurate. Their sweats are my fave, but these pants sucked. Fyi. Good luck!
